Whilst we try and provide as much detail as possible on the properties and developments we have to offer, nothing can compare with a personal inspection. Before you buy the property – ‘buy the area’, get to know the region and it’s surroundings. It is most important that you like the locality as much as the property. Spain offers a rich mixture of perfect weather, Mediterranean cuisine, low cost of living and of course is easily accessible from most parts of the UK.

As these trips are heavily subsidised, we do ask that should you see a property that you like, you are in a position to buy. Our viewing trips are designed to cater for the serious buyer and not people who are considering buying in the future, they are not group tours they are comprehensive and individual. Something every serious potential client will appreciate. During your visit you will be staying at one of our approved hotels. The cost of accommodation on a b&b basis, for two adults sharing a room for two nights will be paid for by COASTLINE PROPERTIES, as will meals and refreshments when accompanied by one of our representatives.

A COASTLINE PROPERTIES representative will meet you at the airport and escort you during your stay in Spain, he or she will show you the main facilities in the area in an air-conditioned vehicle and some of the local points and attractions of interest. We are not tied to any developer or agency and we will not waste your time showing you properties that don’t fit your requirements, however you will see a selection of homes in your suggested price range.

There is no hard sell. We guarantee that you will not be placed under any pressure to make a decision. We let the properties and the areas sell themselves.

Once you have made your decision, we will introduce you to a English speaking lawyer specialising in conveyancing in the area. All communications from your Spanish lawyer will be in English language.

Our viewing trips are for people seriously considering purchasing a property in Spain . All we ask is that you take with you your cheque book or credit card with sufficient funds to cover a deposit should you find your ideal home, normally a deposit of 3,000 euros (approx £2,000) will secure your property and remove it from the market.
